copy of credit agreement refused

Hi,
I have asked for copies of my credit agreement i had with citi financial and sent 2 pound but they have wrote to me saying no and that they are under no obligation to send me them as i have paid the loans off.
What do i do now?
Advice is appreciated

They are correct. The £1 charge to get your agreement only applies to loans/debts that are currently outstanding. It does not apply to those repaid.
