Warning - Do Not Use Dino Direct

I wish to warn other users about the website Dino Direct. I ordered a pair of new shoes from there as a christmas present. They seemed like a very good price and were the only ones of the closed toe style that I wanted - having had my toes trodden on once too often in practise and classes.
The problem is that although they are quick enough to take the money they just don't despatch the goods.
I have been chasing them at least twice a week. The first excuse was that they had found a fault with the shoes and needed to source a second pair which would delay the order a few days. Now every time I complain I get the same excuse - your goods will be sent out if you wait another few days. In another few days I e mail again and again the response is "just another few days". The shoes I want are still shown as in stock on the site so why they can't send mine out I don't know.
I wanted these shoes for the beginning of the new term but tehy say once posted they will take up to 4 weeks to arrive - so even if they finally do send them out I will be unlikely to get them much before easter. I have had to resurrect my 30 year old tap shoes as a stop gap and I honestly wish I had spent a few pounds extra and gone to a reputable uk retailer. At least I would have had some proper shoes to wear by now. I am well out of pocket due to having to have repair work done to my old shoes and having had several pairs of tights ruined while still using my open toed shoes. I really would counsel anyone against using this company for anything, ever! The prices may look good but in practise that just suckers you in. Even the best goods are no good if you never get them

Hmm, a quick google would suggest they're one to avoid.
