HPI Check Query
I am off to see this car this afternoon.
I have done an HPI check through mycarcheck and it says it has 3 doors when clearly on the pictures it has 5.
Everything else is OK and stacks up. Anything strange going on or does those kind of things happen on HPI checks???

Could just be a mess up on there file or DVLA error best to check what the V5 says.0

its usually due to a blip, but of course the car you are going to view could be a very bad clone0

Strange one. He had the V5 form but it said Lex Autolease were the registered keepers.....
Also said 3 doors on the form but the vin number was OK under the bonnet, on the window etc..0 -

Just to flag, a HPI Check is not the same as mycarcheck. They are similar services but offer different levels of information. HPI includes outstanding finance data. And yes the chances are it could be a clone as flagged by someone else.0 -
Cheap checks are worthless. Get a proper HPI check...
Auto Express tried some of these cheap checks a while back and they failed to spot cars that were previously written off
