Premier Parking Solutions

Options
I have been ignoring threatening letters from Premier Parking Solutions regarding a supposed ticket I was supposed to have had, but never got for supposedly parking across two bays - with a Blue Badge in the window for my disabled daughter!

Do they start phoning you up? I got a weird call from a number ( which I have) a few days ago?

Any advise, a hug,:) something ?????

  • You are doing the right thing by ignoring PPS. If they call you just say "Hang on I'll go and get her" then leave the phone and go for a walk or something. They will soon get tired of hanging on. If you can play some really irritating music to them while they wait, even better.

The Blue Badge scheme does not apply on private property nor in the context of private parking! Check your handbook/LA website - this is clearly stated.

So they mean nothing here and the "ticket" means nothing at all - Just keep ignoring the scammers, their various threats and phonecalls. Also check the letter chain sticky to see what scam letter to expect next. :)

Just say "they must be the people whom lived here before, I'm new here" and see if they listen.

I had dealings with them when a member of my family got one of their invoices in a local car park
They will send you a few letters,They will then hand you over to Valley Enforcement and then CCS Collect who pretend to be a different company but operate out of the same address
They will send you a few colourfull letters requesting Driver details, payment request's,threats of home visit's,all hot air,you do not have to tell them anything or do anything
Just be brave and ignore all their letter's,they stop sending them after a while
They can only phone you if you have given them your number.
Whatever you do do not contact them
  • Thanks for all your responses it really helps. They have a dreadful reputation I am just amazed that these companies can buy personal data from DLA. Dreadful.
