Depends on what the pet is. I know of people who have been allowed a cat, but not dogs.
    Gone ... or have I?
  • My lease says no dangerous animals! I have two cats I never asked if I could have them and the management company know we have them and they haven't had any problems with it. I don't think cats are dangerous
  • They can give a written licence for the pets to be there provided they don't cause a nuisance.

The licence can be revoked at any time so its not worth much anyway!

If the lease says no pets allowed, but you "didn't see that bit" and have a cat anyway (an indoor one), what are the chances that they would ever find out, and if they did, what would be the most likely and worst case scenarios?
