is capital 2 coast security a ppc

hi, not long ago i got a ticket from Capital 2 Coast security ltd. i was just wondering if they were a ppc because i really dont have the money to pay the fine. obviously if they are a ppc ill just ignore them but i just wanted some advice about the situation. i got the fine whilst i was at work because my parking permit was in another car. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes they are a PPC so just ignore them completely. As already confirmed on your other thread you posted on.
