Wow - Go FSA ! After all no customers may have been disadvantaged but they still should not have altered any paperwork. Paper work is black and white. If it is incomplete it is incomplete better to hand that in that grey over the whole issue. Not what I would of expected from such house hold names.

Well I put in several complaints to DL over the years in writing and if I was ever lucky enough to see one reply it never fully addressed anything and was clearly written in a hurry to sweep it under the carpet!

Thats why I thought some of you might find this an interesting read.

I'd like to know who sanctioned that behaviour and whether they have been sacked. If not, why not?

Because in banking and Financial Service companies, no-one gets the sack if it made the company generate profit.

Didn't our Prime Minister say something about "responsible" capitalism recently? :rotfl:

Yeah I suspect he probably did.. along with all sorts of other hyped up tosh that he never means a word of.

Cameron could of changed a LOT by now if he really wanted. Instead he lets it all go the slowest route possible whilst claiming he's doing everything he can. Typical tory!
