Hi, I have a friend whos travelling on saturday, I told her she should get a prepaid credit card as it may work out better.

Looking at Martin's :money:guide, seems to suggest that http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-travel-money#prepaid is the quickest one - assuming your friend can get to one of their branches or a Sainsbury's travel money place.
