I suppose it is possible to work out the cheapest protein/calories/whatever from the nutrional information that is on each item sold.
For example, the cheapest fruit yogurt is Tesco 32pence for 500g's and another is Low Fat 500g plain priced at 49pence LIDL.
So why pay for branded stuff. Yogurt is yogurt. The protein per 100g is the same.
Or halve the price by making your own using UHT milk 49p for 1 litre.
Anyway that is my project for 2012.0 -
£4 a week on toilet roll :rotfl::rotfl: my god, your
!!!!!! cant be that big.
Either you use too much or your diet is so bad that you
don't produce stools, you produce a watery mess that
splashes everywhere
It's women that use a ridiculous amount.
There was a lodger that used one roll A DAY.
Fortunately she only stayed three months.
Having said that, I have heard about a friend of a friend who habitually blocks the toilet by the amount he used.
£4.69 for 9 rolls of Andrex from Tesco, £200 is 384 rolls.
So that's about one roll a day for a family of four.
I would like some support that this is normal.
Any less, you must have a self cleaning bottom of some kind.:p0
