Wrong picture tag appears on websites . . .

Does anyone have a clue why sometimes you get the wrong picture tab in Windows Internet Explorer linked to a website.
As an example, I'm now viewing the BBC website and it shows the RBS tag.
Just for informationon, I'm referring to the little picture to the left of the http, top left hand corner of Internet Explorer. On this website it is Martin.

I think what you are talking about is this...

It depends on which version of Internet Explorer you are using how this icon is stored / cached.0 -
Sounds like Explorer is confused - I would try simply restarting, and if that doesn't work, delete your temporary internet files. A better solution in the long run maybe to switch to a better browser, like Firefox or Chrome!0
