My poundland is also stocking assorted cables - network cables, extendable USB and mini USB cables and more. Seriously, don't ever buy a USB cable from a store like PC World or even Asda - it's just pure profit. Fourteen quid for something you can get for a pound? No thanks.0

Anyone tried the sports bandages?
I hurt my knee out running last night and I think I might need to get a support bandage. I saw these in Poundland and they looked like the professional ones (blue neoprene type material?) I have priced these previously and they are normally around £15 each.pinkpinkfizz

ok for slimmer legs but do roll up or down on chunkier legs be careful if this is the case as the extra prasure can cause deep vein thrombosis if worn too may times inthe wrong possition0 -
Went to Stevenage store today and they had Mr Men and Little Miss cutlery, bowls, cups and beakers.
Also saw they had Harry Potter figures and big bags of After Eight chocolates.0 -
Washing up liquid from Poundland is a false economy! I'm going to try to return my twin-pack, as it's nigh on impossible to do the washing up with it.0

Poppy - did your store not have the 4 pack AA Kodak Supralife batteries left? They're 2 for £1, therefore you're getting 8 for £1, as opposed to 6. I've been advising people to buy these ones (also because I need to get rid of them)."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

And we got a LOT of crime DVDs in yesterday. I know cos I spent forever sorting them out. All real life stuff, including Real CSI (says it was on Sky 1) and ones about various murderers (Shipman, Hindley etc.).
And whoever keeps nicking me batteries, please stop. It's getting tiring now."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."
