Poundstretcher is just like any other discount store except some things are a few pounds cheaper (so you will find some bargains there), but most things are usually well over a pound just like in normal shops, whereas Poundland is always cheaper because things are never more than a pound.
Thank you for the replies.... What a shame though!!2011: £10 Sports Direct Voucher, Peppa Pig Wii Game, Trivial Pursuit Card Game, £100 Chat magazine win, Dance workout dvd, Grease wii game,0 -

Another bargain which I found was the Peanuts / Snoopy Calendar, you know Charlie Brown's dog?
They sell for £7.99 on the calendar club website and are selling for £2.99 upwards plus p&p on ebay.
Link here to the calendar club so you can see which one it is:-
http://www.calendarclub.co.uk type in "peanuts" without the quotes into the search box on the left hand side as the direct link is not working when I post it in here and it's the pink calendar I got.
and on ebay :-

Remeber not everything is cheaper in the pound shop. Somethings you can get cheaper elsewhere.

Does anyone know if Poundland still sell Cadbury's Instant Hot Chocolate. It's £2 in Tesco's.
I love it, but only lasts me a few days.

Obviously I'm not the first to get these,as they are very cheap on Amazon Marketplace- but with postage of course! Anyway they look good books for presents- sadly I have even put aside one for one of the kids to give to me;)0
