Claiming charges back off Lloyds TSB

i have just written a 6 page letter to lloyds tsb stating that I am in financial hardship (which i am) i am unable to keep up with regular payments on credit card i've also fallen behind on important payments such as gas electricty and water. obviously these charges are not helping my situation as they have amounted to over £600. whats the likely hood of lloyds agreeing to pay out or even meet me half way?
