You need to phone and tell them you have one employment and they will delete the other and a correct tax code will be issued.

Phoned them this morning. They did indeed have me down as under two jobs with the same employer. Wow. Impressive! Double fulltime! They are now going to send me a revised tax code

I would bet it's 99% certain that's down to the employer submitting incorrect data.
