Try Currys :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:, Sorry got carried away I wouldn't go with finance since we are living in the days of 0.5% interest and these guys are offering just 4.9%...19%..or even 5000% , plus extended warranties are a waste of space not least money, sale of goods act is your friend. Bought my last lappy from Novatech and thus far no reason to complain. But at the end of the day someone will end up with a Friday lunchtime build, which of course destroys the reputation in their eyes.

Apple. Customer service is nigh on second to none, APR for finance is 14.9% and you can buy Apple Refurbished from their online store on finance too.

This may not be the most fashionable reply, but trying to find a retailer that fits the spec, try John Lewis. two year warrany free on all laptops, free 90 say software support if required. Good reputation. in terms of customer service, and finance if you use their store card there is no interest to pay for 6 months.

I recently bought a Samsung RV520 from them for a client. Samsung come out quite well in reviews, have supplied them to clients for the past 4 years, and have yet to have any problems whatsoever - having said that tomorrow is another day.

Having said all that, it is probably better first to define a budget, and identify a short list of what you'd like, and what for (media, gaming, general internet, etc)........

    Hope it helps.............
  • Fashion can go polish its ego somewhere else - John Lewis rocks!
