You may be interested in MoveInDirect.com - it's my sister's site so I can assure you it's safe and it is a money saving way of advertising your house in the local paper, on Fish4, getting a for sale board etc., without having to go through an estate agent who would take a commission. Or even advertise on there if you're already with an estate agent for more exposure. It's all explained on the site.
