PPI reclaim, and Fraud

I put in a claim, for PPI, against Black Horse, and a Garage where i bought my car. I rang them up other day stating that i've not heard reply from them regarding my claim. They said that they sent me a letter in September last year, which i didnt get. So they sent another letter, recorded delivery. Upon reading this letter, i noticed two things, one was that on one of the forms it is clear that it is not my signature and the other is that where it says would i take policy out, in once again not my writing in capital letters, says MAYBE. And then the letter goes on to say that they have declined my claim. So after a quick call to the garage, they have agreed that the signatures do not match, claim was mis sold as it says Maybe on the form too. Black Horse have also said that signatures do not match, but it is the garage fault. threaten to call police, as its a clear case of fraud here. And all this for putting in my claim form. Even the garage admitted signatures dont match straight away. So now its us, who have got them hanging by the short and curleys:rotfl::rotfl:

They wouldnt tell you what they are doing. It is not your place to know. They could be taking action. They may not. Chances are they will do something.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
