Hi,
I've found some old credit card statements from '99 to 2004 that have small amounts such as £1.54, £1.10 and 75p phrased as 'finance charge'.
Please could someone tell me can i claim these back?
Thank you.

Please can anyone help with this?0

You haven't got any replies because no one is able to tell you can reclaim the charges and be truthful.
Two reasons for that
1. It was over 6 years ago.
2. There is no basis for reclaiming the amounts - they are interest payments.0 -
Thanks for that although i believe you are 100% wrong about the 6 year limit IF you have the statements.0
