bank wont let me cancel ppi

Hi have a loan and got 2 years left to pay, originally we made a clainm for mis sold ppi, unfortunatly my husand lost his job in march last year so we claimed on the ppi,and cancelled the claim against them, now he has been back in work for 3 months and we want to cancel the ppi but the bank wont let us because we have made a claim on it, can they actually do this? and would it be worth trying again to claim mis-selling?? we were told we could not have the loan unless we took out the ppi, so to us it was mis-sold, any help would be appreciated.

If you could cancel this,it would still be on the loan to term end,you would recieve a small (if any) rebate.

When did you do the last mis sell and what were the reasons they did not uphold?.
