Hi - im not sure if this is the right area to post this. Me and my partner recently split, he owned the flat we lived in, but i lived there for 3 years contributing to mortgage payments (50/50) and general home improvements. Now we've split, im moving out, and just wondered if anyone knows if id be entitled to anything? i dont want to screw him over, i just dont feel its right to walk away with nothing when he has a flat worth more than it was when i moved in, because of what i contributed - has anyone been through this before that coudl offer me any advice? All im hoping for is whats fair. Thanks

3 years ago the value on the house was probably more than what it is now, so any money you would be entitled to has probably been wiped out. If you know the value of it before you moved in and what it is now, then you may have a chance at getting some of the money back. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
