    ie if someone posted something illegal (either piracy or even something whistle blowing) then the site could just 'disappear' under this law, remind you of anywhere?

    considering how the US prides itself on its free speech it's surprising how a law like this would even be contemplated.

    Do you really think the US holds free speech in such high regard anymore. Lets be honest theyve come a long way since then... the country is literally just a large prison.
