Leaking asbestos garage roof

Hi All,
Would you be able to provide me with some suggestions on what I could do here? I know the long term solution is to remove the roof and replace it, at the moment this is not an option for me, but will be done in the future.
The garage roof is leaking in a few places, is there a way to cover the roof up using Tarpaulin, or any other materials. If I need to spend a few quid to get a short term fix, that would be ideal. (The short term fix being about a year or two)
It's a flat roof which is overlapping if that helps?
Thanks
