Egg claim - loan ppi

Just wondering, I think Egg have sold a lot of their old loan material to another firm.

Does anyone know if it is still possible to approach them on PPI?

Or has anyone had any recent success?

YES and YES... I just got confirmation today that they are going to refund my charges. Just call them up and enquire about the old loan, they will quite happilky give you the information over the phone though it will take a few minutes. Armed with my old loan account number I then filled out the questionnaire to send to them (really simple)... note the PPI policy number is the SAME as the loan account number.

I sent this off in october last year, got a letter back saying the courts are giving them more time to respond as they have had so many claims put to them, but that i would hear back by the 16th January 2012.... low and behold, got a letter saying that they are upholding my claim and a cheque is on its way for £352.50..... full refund of PPI, plus interest. One very happy camper. Going to go off and do the same for my CitiFinancial claim now.... couldnt be simpler!!
