just been into boots and they have original source mint shower gel for 55p and nivea for men sensitive shaving foam for 75p, both on a small stand at the till, but lots of them left.:j

I think the Boots clearance items really do vary from store to store and it's just down to whether you get lucky on any given day even then. Mind you, isn't tomorrow 2 weeks since they reduced Christmas sets to 75% and so the logical date to drop any remaining tat sorry stuff to 90% off. Not that there is any in the stores near me anyway.

I think the general concensus was that there wasn't enough tat left over to warrant a 90% off sale, it will most likely end up on a clearance rail if there is anything left but when we popped in a week ago there was only items that had items missing or damaged boxes etc and there was only 4 or 5 items.

Our local has a clearance stand all year but it varies store to store.

Went into Boots Meadowhall this morning and they had 90% off sale items. I got some good bargains. Box of Lily O'brien dessert chocs 60p, Hello Kitty Liberty Print Memo block & pen £1 and a ELC monkey game for £1.50. They also had Mega block stuff, Glasses, Cards, Wrapping paper, Photo calendars, Hot water bottle covers, Gu chocolates and some other toys

Was there any signs up? I popped into the Boots at Speke this morning but they still had the 75% signs up and as there was nothing I really wanted, I didn't bother scanning things to find out! If anyone is interested though, they had lots of cards and tags, George pig hot water bottle covers, Taco sets, silver sequin bags, glittery computer mice, phone sleeves, and a few other tatty looking bits. xx

Just got back from Westwood Cross Boots they had quite a few items left near the tills, mainly Lipsy sets and calenders and cards.

There were no 'official' signs - they had a black and white photocopy up on 2 shelves in one of the Boots, but in the 2nd store they still only had the 75% signs up. WHilst I was looking at the stock a sa came up to me and told me it was 90% but no signs were going up.
