Lol - have already posted on this subject, I think it was in the shop but don't drop board though... last year the 90% off was 2 wks after the start of the 75% off, so it was indeed 2nd Feb (would make it 1st Feb this year) BUT as has been said, there was really only tat left. I have to say that the store I shop at did have a LOT of said tat! Lots of those Weenicon mugs, mouse mats, Religion mens sets (hair mud anyone?!) Fearn cotton mirrors, red / gold makeup bags, etc etc plus lots of tags and paper etc. I haven't been back since Wed to my store so I don't know how much of the 75% stuff they've shifted, but again as has already been said, the sale gets busier year on year as more people learn about it from sites like this, hence there is probably less left over year on year.
IF your Boots has anything left, then yes it may well reduce to 90% off on your birthday! But don't hold your breath, and don't bank on getting anything great! It's all just a bit of fun! xx

Last few years there was a 90% as hardly anyone was interested in the 75% as the prices were about right for what you were buying rather then getting a bargain, this year people went crazy for the sale suprisingly although in my opinion the gift sets were terrible this year in comparison to the last few years so the shelves are bare.

So we know Boots strategy for next year, hike the prices up by 25% and start the 75% off on Boxing day, then they get effectively all stock sold for 50% of the real value.

What we need is Tesco to do a 90% clearance again

there is still some Lipsy, Project D, that white cranberry soap, Striking perfume and lip gloss sets, mugs and keyrings in one of my local stores today.

Went into the East Kilbride Town Centre one last night 1/2 hour before closing. All the sale items are at the back of the store down 1 small aisle now.

They still had

lots of individual mugs
Gardeners world mug
Twinings mug with loose tea
own photo calander £2
boxed cozy mugs set £2
leather keyrings
lots of paper and some cards
Taco set £3.75
World alarm clock £3

They only had a few make up sets left and all were destroyed - ripped packaging with item missing, palletes smashed up etc.

this was in Uxbridge
also had some duplo sets, cards, pink cosmetic set - saw these somewhere else as well so might be one to wait out to the 90% if it happens

Just been to the Maidstone store in Kent, empty shelves. Not one single thing left!

a few bits left in Leamington Parade store, about half one side of display, mainly photo calendars, few pack of Christmas cards, couple of gift sets with silver sequin drawstring bags, few Strictly sets and some of the rocket soaps, all the good stuff has long gone

was quite glad really as had just snuck my 2nd trip to Body Shop of the day so really REALLY shouldnt buy anything else!

Got 3 FCUK black bags today in MK - (including one for me (for all the effort I have put in to buying presents!!)) this now means that I have all my pressies for next year! They still had a few left but mainly cards and tags.
