hi, sister wants to know if she can claim back ppi that she paid on a previous mortgage, that she had 8 yrs ago. thanks

Does the have any evidence that it was missold to her?

And who sold it to her?

sure it was the co-op she says that she never wanted it in the first case but they kept on and on to her about needing it , so in the end she agreed to it and ticked the box, few years later she cancelled the ppi ,telling them that she never wanted it in the first place.
