Thunderbird Problems

I am having problems returning my Thunderbird layout to it's original view
ie) Left hand side - all folders
I am stuck with my inbox only
any suggestions

    Try View..Folders...All

    That is already selected - but all that I can see is my default inbox !!
    the old structure is still there (it flashes up momentarily when I open Thunderbird)
  • Have you got a lot of inboxes for different email addresses? try clicking on the arrow on the top left on the inbox folder heading.

    Tried that - no luck
    I am trying an "add on"

    Didn't work - I am still without a folder view !!

    Move your mouse to the left edge of Thunderbird's window - just inside the window's border if it's not maximised - and see if the mouse cursor changes to a pair of arrows pointing left and right. If so, hold down the left button and drag to the right.
  • You could try safe mode thunderbird -safe-mode (not sure if that is available in Windows though will reboot in a bit and try it)
