At what stage can I complain heres the first problem:
we claimed back for PPI back in August I think it was and the bank said we will look into it.
In October we got a letter saying we can have our money back however by the time we got the letter they had taken another load of money out so the quote was wrong. We rang up explaining and wanting them to explain the 8% compo as when I do 8% of the figure it is a different number. They said they would look into it.
We then rang back later that month to push it forward and they said it had to go 'upstiars' and thats what they would do . . . .
Christmas we rang up at the end of December and found out that whoever we spoke to last time hadnt acutally done ANYTHING so we had to send them the quote back and they would recalculate it (whilst all the time still taking money) a month later still not heard anything
Am I at the stage yet when I complain or shall I just sit back and wait?
Thanks

Hello there
I would get the contact/email details of the Chief Executive officer (CEO) and write to them, or even send a letter by hard copy post, tell them you will be considering contacting the FSA if this is not resolved soon, or another option is to ask your local MP to write to chase this up for you, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
