    Good Morning all

Update food tracker (19lb off up to now since Sept) - in progress
    WW Weigh-in tonight

Another 1lb off, slow and steady. This weight loss is really making a difference I can feel it now when out walking but really noticed a difference last night at swimming, so am going to keep plodding away at it and hope it will help my depression too.

Managed most of my list today as well, so another reason to smile.

Keep up the great work everyone x

    Hi all

Late posting as not long in from work after some long train journeys and no wifi and couldn't bear trying to update whilst on a tiny keyboard on my phone!

Today was a slow day but:

    - a LSD as spent £1.80 m a coffee at the station but used my discount card so that was 20% off, if anyone can get a Bite card they are well worth it
    - OH also got the car checked and a couple of things fixed as we're putting it up for sale. But that's it for spend today. We are definitely doing well this week. Have stuff to get on Saturday though like sports kit for DD1 so will just have to try and keep to the list and not get diverted!
    - he is definitely getting some freelance money which is great news. Not a lot but it all helps
    - heating not really on today as all out at school/work
    - only made 27p on the panels :-(
-washing on low and now drying on banisters etc..yes new loads..it's a daily occurance! :-(
    - came home too tired to properly eat so now in bed in PJs drinking tea so an alcohol free eve too..second one this working week
    - put in work expenses. When come through as have cleared OD I will put against a CC.

That's it I think so very low key. Will do a PAD now though. I like the discipline!!
