Hi,I wonder if I can claim ppi for a loan I took out in 2004 for £20,000 I paid £7,500 for the ppi.I was told if i did not take ins i could not get the loan. When my son found out 18 months later he paid the loan of for me,but they would not give me any of my ins back. The loan was with Paragon finance.I don't have my credit agreement but I phoned them yesterday and they gave me my REF number so they still have me on file.

You need to complain to whoever sold the policy to you, which would normally be whoever sold the loan, which is normally a retailer, not the lender.0
