I used to get really hacked off when I worked in an office. My collegues easily spent 30mins per day back and forward to the smoking room.

I had a "chat" with my boss (also a smoker) as I chose to go down to the office cafe for a break one day...my arguement that she was having several breaks a day due to her fags didn't wash...her human right was to choose to smoke and she was entitled...I obviously was not entitled to have equivalent breaks to everyone else. Grrr grrr grrr...older and wiser now, but still makes me cross to think about it.
