T&C's or Questionare PPI claim

Hi, I need to know if I have to send for T&C's or just straight to sending the questionaire. I have the loan number and I distinctley remember being told that it would most certainly help my application if I took out the insurance. He told me that my application would probably be refused without it.

Unfortunately, a lot of people untruthfully claim they were told they would not get the loan without the PPI.
So it is unlikely that it would be sufficient to get a complaint upheld.
You would need another reason for a missale - possibly not being able to claim or a single premium added to the loan.0
