Eon have credited my account with £50

Apparently Eon messed up, they changed the time of my economy 7 without telling me. Only by 30 minutes so I didn't notice.

Anyhow they sent me a letter apologising and it says they have credited my account by £50. I have a pre payment meter and it's certainly not showing there.

Will they credit my meter eventually? I would call them but I have no credit :-(

Just thought I'd ask on here in case anybody else has been through the same thing.

I would imagine it has already been credited to the meter unless the letter says it will be in a few weeks. Email them and ask or email the eon rep your acct details and they should check for you

    Hi northenstar.
I am not with eon but when I got a credit from my supplier I had to take my card to put credit on it then the credit from then showed up. So it should be credited the next time you credit your card and it can take a couple of times before it shows up. xxxxx

    Hi NorthernStar

I'm sorry that the letter we sent you wasn't clear on how you'll get your credit.

I'm not certain myself, but if you'd like to send me an email to the address on my profile, I'll gladly look into it for you :)
