PPI letters sent

I have sent ppi claim letter to London loans and ge money for mis sold insurance my husband is self employed and we were never given a chance to choose without ppi. Has anybody had refund from these I know one was for our mortgage and the other was a secured loan they were both payed off in full July 2007. Does anybody know if we have a chance of getting our money back!!!

What you have told us is not in itself a missale.
Had you defaulted on either loan then you could have lost your home so there was a need for cover.
It would only be a missale if a single premium was added to the loan or possibly if you were not eligible to claim under the policy (but some policies do cover the self-employed)0 -
This does not answer your question but I just wanted tyo warn people to chase Barclays once you you have sent your letter accepting their offer. We sent ours back at the end of November and when we rang yesterday to chase it was told "they had never recieved our acceptance letter back". However, they cancelled the PPI payment on the 8th December so must have recieved it, they are obviously delaying payingus out.0
