I think I'm going to have to whack DH round the head before much longer. He's driving me nuts, he's a "cuddly sleeper" I'm not at the best of times but when I'm pg I can't stand it as I get to hot. He drapes his arm and leg over me and I feel pinned to the bed. He never stay over his "side" of the bed. We only have a double (need a king but have no spare cash for it at the moment) and I have to sleep on the edge of the bed :mad:

I rarely moan about my DH because he's fab but this is driving me nuts and means I can't even get a decent lie in.

Yeah I know. I did tell him last time I was pg but unfortunately if he's asleep when he does it he can't really do much about it. Occassionally I can wake him up enough to get him to move but not always. I'm just thinking about how if I'm hot now it's going to be so much worse in the summer Maybe I'll take to sleeping in the spare room

I'd love a super king but it would be too long to fit in our bedroom. A king would be ok though because I think they're the same length as a double (?). We have fitted wardrobes all down one side of the room so are really restricted in where we can have the bed, i.e there's only one place!

Last week we stayed in a hotel on the Friday and it had a giant super king, it was heaven, I felt like I had the bed to myself

ETA just read that a king is as long as a super king so will probably be too long. Oh well I'll have to build a pillow barrier

Just read that Kiddiecare are in the news,after selling babygrows with the slogan "Help i'm being kidnapped" on the front. They've now been withdrawn. Have to say I dont find it particuarly funny:eek:

It's a gorgeous sunny morning here, a proper wintery day - it's minus 11 degrees outside at the mo though so I think I'll stay wrapped up in here! I don't think we'll get the snow later as we're right on the coast, so it'll prob just be rain.

Gilly - your baby is so gorgeous - honestly every time I see a newborn baby I almost cry, lol! :rotfl:

emsbet - you could try getting one of those long thin pregnancy pillows (mine was about £10 from ebay) and put that between you and DH?! He can always cuddle that then instead of you....!

My DH is comatose in bed at the moment...we went out with his colleagues after work for his bday drinks. It really annoys me as he doesn't get really drunk very often, but when he does, he's nearly always sick :mad: Luckily - for him - he made it to the loo, but I end up listening out half the night afraid he's gonna do it again in bed!

It was quite funny though, when we got home last night I was getting unchanged and he was kissing my bump, and suddenly got all emotional and was crying :rotfl: It was quite sweet but I couldn't help laughing at him because he was clearly hammered!

I've set aside the whole day today to work on my loft conversion (Can't remember if I mentioned we're having the loft converted - before bubs arrives :eek: ) Well, as I'm a structural engineer I'm having to design it all, and it's so much work! And because we're really pushed for time, it's all a bit stressful TBH. Plus, because our bedroom and the nursery will be upstairs, I can't start organising baby things, which is really annoying as I have bags of clothes etc that we've been given, that are all just piled up around the house! (sorry, rant over!)

Right well I suppose I should stop wittering on and go and get on with it!
