Query about ppi reclaiming...HELP!

Hi, I've asked this before but got no reply and I'm really hoping someone can help...
I've filled in the fo questionnaire ready to send off to greenhill finance who arranged a loan for us with GE money, with ppi on.
I checked the fo website last night and greenhill are listed as no longer Authorised,
Can anyone tell me what this means?
Does it mean that they will laugh in our faces at our ppi reclaim?
Really appreciate any help!

Greenhill Finance have fallen foul of FSA and was one of a few fined for bad practice .etc.
Anyone with concerns regarding unsuitable advice have been advised to ring the FSA Consumer Advice 0845 606 1234Light travels faster than sound.
