Would this be suitable for 7yo? I know it says 12+ but just wondered?!

My 6.5yr old plays with it but needs a little help sometimes to solve the puzzles. It's fab for using your imagination and improving spelling and writing as you can use either the QWERTY keyboard function or the stylus to write the letters. My LO hates writing but he doesn't mind so much with this game it encourages him to form his letters more carefully otherwise they are not recognised.

If you type 'pregnant' the character will wait a few seconds then look confused and pop out a mini version of itself - our favourites so far are 'pregnant chair', 'pregnant baby' and 'pregnant Abraham Lincoln'. :rotfl:

you can also make zombie versions of stuff like zombie santa or you can have cthulhu :rotfl:

i think i might enjoy playing this from time to time :p

My daughter is 9 and she got on fine with the help of her older brother, But that was not too many times, she loves it. I don't see why it says 12 years.
  • What about 6.5 year old girl that likes writing but not too hot on spelling?
Would you say she would benefit?
I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!

To both of you asking about spelling, if they don't spell it correctly, it goes to a "Did you mean?" type screen where it suggests words they may have meant to type, very handy.
