I had a noise on my machine and recorded the phone call to indesit, What a PITA.

They tried to sell me the extra warranty, Dont remember it being £14.99 for only 12 months though. More like £80 i think?
Because he did say 2 years... When i queried that he changed it to sorry no its 12 months cover.

Then they said basically all these cold fill only machines are rubbish and are a health risk, I should buy some of their super
duper stuff that keeps it clean.

Then goes on to mention the £120 charge if the engineer cannot find a fault. I just thought i have heard about your engineers
and how exactly will you collect £120 from me? Whistling for it springs to mind.
Obviously when they come i will have no cash or cards to hand.

I asked how i could check to see if something had fallen into a sealed machine, He offered no response to that.

My experience was not great but i can see the two sides to this one, You chose a path and later regretted it.

They dont carry every possible part for every machine they sell, I presume each part is ordered is as need to save
    money on wasted stock.
You should have expected 2 days off work to repair, One to diagnose and one to repair.. And probably another
couple for the machine to actually work properly.

Use the force in your decisions next time and thats not indesit.

You can buy a basic washing machine for £200-250 so, if you've taken out an insurance policy on your 4-yr-old machine at about £180 and lost £70 in earnings on top of that, you're on a loser already.

You could have had a brand new washing machine with a 12 months guarantee for what you've paid out/lost, instead of which you've got an old machine that is probably heading towards the knacker's yard.
