I am at my wits end and need advice. My boiler which is still under guarantee stopped working last night, whilst I was away at my sisters. My husband who is useless keeps ringing up and moaning at me, me and daughter aged 2 are coming home tomorrow to a freezing house and no one is interested.
OH phoned the co and they can't send anyone out till wednesday.
Rang home assistance on our home insurance and they said 9 hrs ago, someone is on his way will be there in 20mins. OH has rang 9 times and is getting no where.
Don't know who else to ring or what to say to above co to get them to hurry up. Both know we have a young child who is already full of a cold but this hasn't altered matters
Please advise

At one house I lived in the landlord refused to repair a dangerous boiler so we had to get by with electric heaters. They're only about £10 from B&Q and can heat a large room perfectly well. You can keep the packaging and return it when your boiler is sorted, B&Q are normally pretty lenient with returns in my experience.0

You say the boiler is under guarantee...is this a manufacturers warranty from new or an after market guarantee provided by an insurance company?0
