LifestyleProtect (Virgin Credit Card)

Good Morning,

Some years ago I opened a Virgin credit card account. I was going through some old paperwork the other day and noticed on a statement that I was paying a lifestyleprotect insurance on the account (of around £50 a month). At the time of creation, I was never asked for insurance or if I did, never took it. Do you think it worth pursuing to claim it back ?. I don't owe anything on the account now but did at one point owe around 8k (its all paid off now)..

What's your thoughts.. ?

    Hi

Do it! I did in December, I simply wrote a letter (template off Internet) quoting my credit card number and the reasons I felt it was misold. (my cc balance was 7k at worst and had it for years) within four weeks they upheld my complaint and sent a cheque for over £8k so for the cost of a stamp go for it.

    Good luck
