How many nights counts as living somewhere for CT purposes?

I am moving down beeston shortly for my work, I have every other weekend off work that is how our rota's are worked out to make it fair.

My dad would obviously be getting single person discount once I have left. Would it be ok for me to stay the odd weekend without it affecting his entitlment?.

What if I put in annual leave and stayed there a week but went straigh back to beeston after.

if you are paying council tax at the beeston adress then you will not be liable at your dads as a guest.

As lomg as you are paying CT in Beeston and it is your main home, you are obviously resident in Beeston.

If you are resident in Beeston, it matters not how many nights you actually stay at your dad's.
