TopCashBack Hastings Insurance

Went to topcashback and clicked through to the hastings website, it then offered new quote or get a saved quote. I pulled up my saved quote and purchased my insurance.

Then hastings refuses to pay the cashback because i used a saved quote. This seems really unfair, why offer the option from the direct link from the topcashback website. Because it was offered to me this way I assumed this was still a valid way to qualify for the cashback. very annoying.
