Quick query re: agents

Hi, was sold a loan by Greenhill finance through GE money. Looks like it was front loaded with ppi. Anyway I've been advised that I need to send the fos questionnaire to Greenhill but when I checked for their address they are listed as ' no longer Authorised'
What does this mean? Do I still send to Greenhill or should I go to GE?

Greenhill Finance was also known as The Loan Company.

It was a partnership of Paul Anthony Newey, Steven Alan Reid, David John Reid and Janet Reid.

They are all personally liable for claims against it because they did not trade under limited liability.

The liability is both joint and several. That means you can claim against any one of them.

The Reids are no longer active in financial services but Newey is. He is a non-executive director of Ocean Finance and Mortgages Limited of

If you write to him there, marking your letter for his personal attention and private and confidential, he will be obliged to respond and allow you to go to FOS if you wish.
