I gave up after the first paragraph.
I think this falls under the Misuse of Punctuation Act 19710 -
I stopped reading after the first paragraph.0

Good
Thing is that Experian themselves tend to disagree
Complaint is about:
1-alerts received in November about searches made in September
2- notices of correction and removed searches which were still showing
3- score going up and down without any changes, stating there were changes but none were seen on the report
No, the complaint is not about paying the membership, and anyone who got a response in four hours must be joking

I think a more general point people are getting at is in order to clearly communicate your view you need to work on that style.
I would remove the comma button from your keyboard for starters.
As for Experian, I rapidly got frustrated with their service due to an incorrect address and thus closed the account. I am now with Equifax and very happy about it.
If you have any further issues let me know, I frequently drive past their head office and will gladly shout stuff at their windows.0 -
Get free reports from Noddle. I was part of their trial and would highly recommend them.0

You did ask people to read the email and give their opinion on the contents. I don't know if I agree or not because the long-winded waffly style meant that I didn't read it properly. I tried, I really did, but I didn't have the time to deconstruct it all to understand what you were trying to say.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0 -
I also gave up after the first paragraph and i cant see anyone from experiaen reading any further as they are likely to fall asleep.0
