My daughter was given £60 worth of gifts card for la senza when she went to spend them they refused to accept them as they had gone into administration, the shop in the bull ring shopping centre is still trading This can't be right, what can she do ?

Have a search for La Senza on here, and read the other threads.
She will not get the items or a refund. Administration is meant to get as much cash into the business as possible - and they aren't doing that by accepting gift vouchers. They already have that cash, and can get more by selling the items your daughter would have picked for cash too.
They are in administration, the best you can do is call the administrators, register as a creditor and get perhaps pennies to the pound back, if that.
Forget it and move on is probably best for the effort needed though, and it'll probably be weeks / months before you hear anything. Tough luck, it's always a bummer when this happens.0 -
