Claim charges and a penalty after an IVA?

Hi Everyone,
I recently paid off my IVA early (through a friend) and before i took out the IVA my bank had charged me around 3-4 charges for going over my limit. Also, as my IVA was in process, a payment from a friend was taken by Natwest necause of the in process IVA, to which they never gave reasons why or bothered to tell me.
Now ive paid it off, im still very much struggling money wise, but Im asking whether I would have a chance at claiming both of these back, based on the financial hardship and frankly the awful service I got during the whole issue?
Any help on this would be great, thanks
