First timer here.
Could anyone give advice on transferring house from father to daughter. My dad has recently moved to sheltered housing and his excouncil house has yet to be dealt with. He wants to transfer it over to me but I'm not sure if there's some sort of legal problems with this. Appreciate any feedback on this.
