Hi all
I have had numerous loans with Natwest over the years, so i wrote and asked for details of these loans. They have replied with all my details.
The last 2 loans were as follows:
Date opened 03/11/2004
Date Closed 29/06/2006
Loan amount: 21500
PPI Amount: 5268
Date opened 30/07/07
Date Closed 30/01/09
Loan amount: 6500
PPI Amount: 1890
Will i have to fill in 2 of the claims template, one for each loan?
Also the other loans listed are older than these the next one finished in 2004, does this mean i cant claim on that loan?
Thanks all
Chris

You can claim for mis sell on all these loans (if you have reasons for being mis sold) you can do one complaint and put all account numbers on, when you get the initial reply make sure all account numbers are being looked at,if these loans were all linked (one repaid with another and so on) they should find all these.0

Thanks, but for the other loans that ended before 2004, are these to old to claim agaisnt?0

No you should still be able to claim against loans prior to 2004. As far as I am aware there isn't a time limit as such for reclaiming PPI.0

Thanks, the bank sent me a spread sheet with details of 7 loans, going back to 2000.
So i can just fill out one claim form and where it asks for account numbers etc i can just attach the sheet??
