my wife paid a credit card off a while ago for the above firm. she now wants to reclaim ppi but doesnt have any paper work or account numbe ris there any way she can get this

You could try ringing them first, they may give you the information over the phone. Failing that you could SAR them and pay a one off fee of £10 and by law they have to supply you with everything they have on you within 40 days
