LLoyds TSB AND PPI RECLAIMING

HI
I am sending of a new claim for front loaded PPI( I checked with them on the phone today).
I refinanced a loan with Lloyds in 2008 that I had taken out in 2004 and was almost at the end of the term, my new loan has no PPI but the old one was front loaded.
The cost was £1536.83 and when I refinanced I was apparently refunded £98.69( again told on phone today).
So do I claim the full £1536.83 plus the interest or minus the £98.69.
Also can anyone tell me how to work out the interest as well.
Kind regards

Hi,you dont tell them what you are claiming,if you win redress they give you ppi back and 8%.
The £1536.83 includes the interest as the ppi was added to the loan and repaid over the term,so you will get this back plus 8%,less the rebate when you settled.0 -
Thanks for the prompt reply and clearing that up, on last bit of advice, is it 12 weeks that I have to give them for their reply?:T0

Hi there
Wishing you luck on your reclaiming and as amersall says, you do not have to give them the figureds when making a reclaim, but if you go directly on lloyds site, the details are enclosed of where to send your complaint and a reclaim questionnaire, its the same complaint reclaim questionnaire as on this site, good luck and remember to keep copies of what you send and receive (letters etc).

Hi and Thanks again to both of you.
The questionnaire I have completed is of Lloyds site and is ready to go first thing by recorded.
I know it will be a long haul looking around the forums with Lloyds but I am willing and in a fighting mood lol:D0
